2) Sell To Chards Form & Terms: Our team will guide you to complete the Sell To Chards Form. Please review our Terms and Conditions before submitting: Terms and Conditions.
3) Secure Packaging: Pack your items securely in tamper-proof packaging for delivery to our showroom.
4) Payment: Once all steps are completed, you'll receive payment upon receipt, unless otherwise stated.
Ways to Sell Your Gold and Silver Bullion
To start selling, download our selling form. Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you throughout the process. It is important that our customers know we may not fix our offer price in times of volatility, but we will fix our buy premiums. We pay 0.5% extra for items in storage with us, up to a maximum of 100%.
Distance Buy-In Postal Service
Our distance buy-in postal service allows you to sell your gold and silver to us from anywhere in the world. We arrange a trusted courier to pick up from your front door and deliver everything next day to our offices in Blackpool.
This option is particularly suitable for sellers looking for a cost-effective way to send bulkier consignments of higher-value precious metals. The postage fee is £40 plus insurance for domestic UK parcels weighing up to 10kg on a next-day weekday service. We can also arrange shipping for larger quantities, weekend collections, and even a worldwide service if needed. Rest assured, your shipment is fully insured, regardless of the value of its contents.
After you inform us what you would like to sell, we will offer an option to fix the price and provide an estimate of delivery costs. Following this we will post out a tamper proof box, shipping label, packing instructions that are easy to follow and book a courier to collect at your convenience. All we ask is that you provide a 3-hour window you are happy to wait in for collection.
The whole process takes 3 or 4 working days and you can expect payment as soon as we check the coins / bars for authenticity and quantity quoted. When you're ready you can contact our staff on [email protected]. If you are sending items, download the Sell To Chard form, fill it in and send it with your items.
Royal Mail Postal
For sellers looking to sell items valued up to approximately £2,500, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery due to its speed and ease of use. With Royal Mail, you have the option to send multiple packages. For example, you can send 2 or 3 packets, each providing insurance coverage of up to £5,000, £7,500, and so on.
Showroom
Our last option is available to customers who are local or prefer conducting business in person rather than over the phone. You can visit our showroom located at 32-36 Harrowside, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 1RJ. It's important to note you will have to book an appointment as we are usually fully booked for several days in advance.

Quoted Buy In Prices
Please note we can only pay our buy in prices quoted above if the coins and bars are in good condition and can be re-sold. If we decide that we need to either scrap your coins or bars or sell as "grade C" we reserve the right to offer a lower price. In these cases, there is no obligation to sell and we can post your coins back to you or hold them if you wish to collect.
