These 1953 Elizabeth II Coronation Crowns were struck to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, which took place at Westminster Abbey on 2nd June 1953.
The coins are slabbed and graded by experts at the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC).
This coin was the first UK commemorative coin to be issued during Queen Elizabeth II's reign and is great for collectors looking to expand their collections.
On Friday 30th September 2022, the first King Charles III coinage obverse portrait and Queen Memorial reverse was revealed.

Queen Elizabeth II's coronation was the thirty-eighth to have taken place at Westminster Abbey. The event was shared by millions worldwide and in London large crowds gathered outside to watch the special event.
A portrait of the Queen shown mounted on her horse ,Winston, dressed in her uniform as Colonel-in-Chief of the Grenadier Guards. The uniform was worn by Her Majesty during the ceremony of Trooping the Colour.
