This is the 2022 Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Base Metal BU Annual UK Coin Set issued by The Royal Mint.

The set features all eight of the 2022 definitive UK coins issued for the Platinum Jubilee year, plus an additional two commemorative issues - the memorial 50p and £5 coins.

The two commemorative coins feature the first definitive UK coinage portrait of HM King Charles III, designed by Martin Jennings. The rest of the coins feature the Jody Clark portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.

Brilliant Uncirculated

The coins in this set have been struck twice, giving them a brilliant uncirculated finish. This is a higher finish than coins issued for circulation.

Shield of the Royal Arms

When the reverse designs of the 2022 definitive coins are placed together, it creates the Royal Shield of Arms.

This definitive coins feature Jody Clark's final portrait of HM Queen Elizbeth II on the obverse. The two memorial coins feature the first coinage portrait of King Charles III, by Martin Jennings.

These may have minor scratches or edge knocks, but this does not affect their value. Any coin sold for a value less than a 180% intrinsic is considered a bullion coin.
VAT:
Investment gold products are VAT-free, while silver products include VAT.
Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
