Each round is designed with interlocking edges to allow easy storage and to stack and interlock with both the 2 oz and 5 oz stacker silver rounds produced by the Scottsdale Mint.

VAT on Silver

Value Added Tax is payable on new silver bars and coins in the UK and most states within the European Union, as it is for palladium and platinum bullion. The only exemption from this is for investment gold, which is exempt from VAT in the EU.

For secondary market bullion, VAT is added only to the profit margin of the bars or coins under the special scheme. This makes secondary market bullion a more cost-effective investment compared to new bars or coins.

Obverse

The obverse of the rounds feature the Scottsdale lion company logo in the centre. The lion's features are rendered in ultra high relief, providing a pronounced and visually captivating image.

Reverse

The reverse of the round depicts the Scottsdale lion in ultra high relief at the centre of the design. It also features an inscription, repeated twice around the coin's edge, which reads as follows:

Investment gold products are VAT-free, while silver products include VAT.
Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
