These grade C gold double eagle coins are not good enough for us to sell as our usual best value secondary market double eagles, but they are too good to scrap!

We do not recommend these coins as an investment item; they have defects such as deep scratch marks or red spots.

We do have some customers who use these 'grade C' double eagles for jewellery or other purposes. Please contact us if you want any further details.

These coins will be chosen at random from our current stocklists, and may contain a mixture of mintmarks.

How to Spot a Fake Gold Double Eagle

Cheap Gold Coins

These 22 carat gold coins are our choice of date and will be chosen from a selection of gold double eagles depending on available stock at the time of order.

These double eagles have been checked by our expert numismatists. They don't meet the grade for our standard secondary market bullion double eagles but they are too good to send to scrap. If you are looking to buy gold at a low premium above spot, to melt down or to use in jewellery this is a great buy, but don't delay, stock is limited!

Expert Numismatists

These coins are what some of our competitors sell as 'bullion' with little quality control, which is why some of our competitors sometimes appear to have lower prices than us. If you can buy bullion double eagles from less than our price, it is probably because they are substandard, possibly even fake. It seems some of our competitors, mainly newer ones, can't tell the difference or don't care.

Historic Coins at Low Premiums!

Historically American gold eagles are $10 gold coins, and double eagles are $20 gold coins, issued between 1849 and 1933. Please don't confuse them with the modern gold eagle bullion coins made since 1986 which are issued containing one ounce of gold, and fractions of one ounce.
