You will only pay for the exact metal weight of the ordered bar, plus the premium. Investors should anticipate slight variations in the weight of each Good Delivery Bar, as each bullion bar is made to order and cast individually.

LBMA's Rules for Good Delivery Bars

Trapezoidal so that it can be easily and safely stacked
Free from surface cavities, cracks, holes or blisters
Flat and smooth (although not necessarily having a mirror-like finish)
Of general good appearance, with no attempts to conceal defects

The general specifications for these bars include a weight ranging between 350 and 430 fine troy ounces, a minimum fineness of 999.5 or a maximum of 999.9, and the following dimensions

Length (Top): 250 mm+/- 40 mm.
Undercut* range: 5-25 degrees
Width (Top): 70 mm +/- 15 mm.
Undercut*: 5-25 degrees
Height: 35 mm +/- 10 mm

Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
