These 2023 Koala 1 oz Silver Perth Mint Bullion Coins feature a new reverse design by Ing Ing Jong.

The design shows two koalas on a tree branch: one is eating gum leaves while a joey clings to the back of the other koala

Issued by Australia's Perth Mint with a maximum mintage of 300,000, the coins are struck from 0.9999 fine silver.

Each coin contains 1 troy ounce of the precious metal and comes issued in a protective acrylic capsule.

Koala Bullion Coins

The koala bullion coin series is a highly esteemed collection of gold and silver coins manufactured by the Perth Mint of Australia. First issued in 2007, the series features designs of the adored Australian marsupial, the koala, in its natural habitat.

Authentication Feature

The reverse of the coin incorporates a security feature - a micro-laser engraved letter, hidden within the design, which can only be detected using a magnifying glass.

The obverse features Jody Clark's memorial obverse of HM Queen Elizabeth II and bears the following inscription:

Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
