This is the 2021 Annual United Kingdom Brilliant Uncirculated Coin Set.

The set features all of the 2021 definitive UK coins, plus an additional five commemorative issues which include the Queen Elizabeth II 95th Birthday £5, Sir Walter Scott £2, H. G. Wells £2, Decimal Day 50p and the John Logie Baird 50p.

The Decimal Day 50p is the only coin to feature the Arnold Machin portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse. Although this coin will be released separately, only the Decimal Day coins in the 2021 annual coin set will feature the 2nd portrait obverse.

The coin set has a total face value of £13.88.

Brilliant Uncirculated

The coins in this set have been struck twice, giving them a brilliant uncirculated finish. This is a higher finish than coins issued for circulation.

Presentation

The coins are presented in a folder which details the history behind each of the commemorative coins.

Obverse

The Decimal Day 50p features the Arnold Machin portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse. This was the first portrait of Her Majesty to appear on the decimal coins.

The rest of the coins feature the fifth coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.

Investment gold products are VAT-free, while silver products include VAT.
Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
