2020 The Three Graces Two Ounce Gold Proof Coin - The Great Engravers Series.
This gold proof coin is graded by NGC and has attained the highest grade of PF70 Ultra Cameo. It is 'First Release' and has the special Queen Label.
Of note a normal release label in PF70 UC has recently sold at London Coin Auction for £23,500 (including buyers premium) December 2021.
Issued by The Royal Mint. The coin features William Wyon's classic 'Three Graces' design on the reverse. This is the second release in The Great Engravers Series. It follows on from the extremely popular 'Una and the Lion' coin.
This two ounce gold coin is made from 999.9 fine gold (24 carat) and struck to a proof finish. The large coin has a diameter of 40mm.
The entire collection of Three Graces coins sold out within 10 minutes of their release. Only 335 of these 2 oz coins were issued, and they are highly sought-after.
The obverse shows a right-facing portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. It was designed by Jody Clark.

The reverse features the iconic 'Three Graces' design, by William Wyon. It shows Britannia, Hibernia and Scotia. It features the Latin words “FOEDUS INVIOLABILE” meaning 'An Unbreakable Treaty'.
