This Isle of Man coin is struck to a high-quality proof finish in 22 carat crown gold. It has an 'edition limit' of just 250 coins, making it highly prized for collectors.

It comes complete with a certificate of authenticity and a presentation box.

Rupert Bear

Rupert Bear is a children’s cartoon character who first appeared in a comic strip in the Daily Express newspaper on the 8th November 1920. He was designed and written by the English artist, Mary Tourtel.

The comic strip is still published daily in the Express, with many stories later being published in books. The series was so successful that an annual has been released every year since 1936.

The current comic strip is written and designed by Stuart Trotter.

The obverse bears a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark. The legend reads:

Reverse

The reverse shows Rupert Bear in a field, with his hometown of Nutwood in the background. It was designed by Matt Tindall.

Investment gold products are VAT-free, while silver products include VAT.
Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
