This 2019 Silver Proof 2 oz Una and the Lion NGC PF-68 ULTRA CAMEO coin is the first release in the Royal Mint's Great Engravers Series.

The reverse of the coin features the famous reverse design of Una and the Lion that was first seen on the Victoria 5 pound proof 1839 coin.

Each coin is stuck in 0.999 fine silver and contains 2 troy ounces of the precious metal.

These coins are Capital Gains Tax exempt and have a total mintage of 3,000.

Who was the engraver of the Una and the Lion coinage design?

Designed by Wiliam Wyon a talented engraver that came from a renowned family of skilled engravers became the Chief Engraver of the Royal Mint in 1828.

The obverse of the coin will feature the Jody Clark coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Also, the coin bears an inscription that reads as:

The reverse features a depiction of the figure Una from Edmund Spencer’s The Faerie Queen leading a lion with the inscription that reads as:
