2017 Kangaroo at Sunset Gold Proof $100 Coin.

Issued by The Royal Australian Mint, the 'Kangaroo at Sunset' is one of their most iconic coin designs. This one ounce gold coin celebrates the 10th anniversary of the design.

This proof coin is issued in a black presentation box, along with a numbered certificate of authenticity. It is struck in 24 carat (.9999) fine gold.

This coin is highly sought-after by collectors, and has a mintage of only 500 coins.

Kangaroo at Sunset 10th Anniversary

The Royal Australian Mint released the first 'Kangaroo at Sunset' coin in 2007.

Obverse

The obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The text reads:

Reverse

The reverse shows a kangaroo in the distance, with the sun setting in the background. A large kangaroo shadow appears in the bottom half of the coin.

Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
