This particular 2016 gold proof £5 coin cellebrates the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II, Britain's longest reigning monarch and the only ruler to celebrate such a milestone.

The slabbed gold proof coin, struck on the 21st April 2016 is what the mint have dubbed a "special strike" and has an edition limit of only 250.

This product is issued without the certificate of authenticity.

Obverse

The Obverse features a new design created specifically to mark the occassion of Queen Elizabeth II Birthday. Created by Luigi Badia, the portrait depicts the moncarch facing to the right surrounded by the following inscription:

BAILIWICK OF GUERNSEY . ELIZABETH II 2016

Reverse

The reverse designs holds the "E II R" initials in ittalics at the centre of the coin, surrounded by a reath with a crown above and the demonination stated below.

Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
