This 2015 Year of the Sheep Lunar Coin is the second coin to be released in The Royal Mint's Shēngxiào Collection.

This is the 5 ounce silver proof version of the British lunar coin. The proof coin comes in a presentation box and is issued with a certificate of authenticity. Please note this coin comes as photographed. It does not come with the outer cardboard box.

This UK lunar coin contains five troy ounces of silver. Only 1,088 coins of the coins were issued.

Royal Mint Lunar Coin Collection

This is the first lunar coin in the Royal Mint's Shēngxiào Collection. Each year the mint release a different animal of the zodiac calendar.

Obverse

The obverse was designed by Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The text reads:

Reverse

The 2015 lunar coins bring together Chinese and British influences. The reverse design was created by Wuon-Gean Ho, who took her inspiration from the Swaledale Sheep which are often found on the hillsides of the Peak District.

The coin shows two sheep, with the Chinese logo for 'sheep' in the field. The text reads:

Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
