This gold proof five coin sovereign set comes in a wooden presentation box with a certificate of authenticity. Only 1,000 sets were issued in 2013.

The sovereign is British legal tender and this set is classed as Investment Gold, you will not pay tax on this collection which makes it attractive to both collectors and investors.

Obverse

The obverse of all the coins in the set bears the fourth definitive UK coin portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley. This portrait was featured on the sovereign between 1998 and 2015.

Reverse

Benedetto Pistrucci's famous engraving of St George and the Dragon features on the reverse of all the coins in this set.

VAT:
Investment gold products are VAT-free, while silver products include VAT.
Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
