The Royal Canadian Mint guarantees that this gold Maple coin meets the following definition for 99999 purity. Gold that is 99.999% pure is defined as having a sum of less than 10 parts per million of the following elements: Ag, Al, As, Bi, Cr, Cu, Fe, In, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Pd, Pt, Sn, Si, Ti, Zn, and Zr. This refers to the bulk material below the coin surface. The coins are often referred to as "99999 maples" or "five nine maples".

All investment products are based on the live precious metal price. Prices will be fixed once the item has been added to the basket and recalculates just before checking out.
If your product is not a graded coin and is considered a bullion item, it should be noted that these are bought and sold on low premiums over their precious metal content and not solely for aesthetic purposes; therefore, some products may have edge knocks and/or marks. These edge knocks and marks do not alter the specifications of the coins.
