Each coin is struck in .999 fine silver and contains 1 troy ounce of the precious metal.

These coins come loose and you can add a 41mm capsule and gift wrapping to your order in the basket.

These coins may have slight toning and/or milk spots, which is a natural process and does not take away from the their bullion value.

Silver Eagle bullion coins first appeared on the scene in 1986. They are issued by the United States Mint and are well-known all across the world.

Obverse

The obverse was designed by Adolph A. Weinman and shows a walking Lady Liberty.

Reverse

John Mercanti designed the reverse of the coin. It features an eagle with a shield.

Payment and ID:
You may need to provide identification to make a purchase. You can find more information on payment and identification requirements.
Bullion Coins:
These may have minor scratches or edge knocks, but this does not affect their value. Any coin sold for a value less than a 180% intrinsic is considered a bullion coin.
VAT:
Investment gold products are VAT-free, while silver products include VAT.
Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
