This 1921 sovereign was minted at the Perth mint. The "P" mint mark can be found at the bottom of the St George and the dragon reverse. The obverse features the "large head" George V portrait.

The obverse portrait was the work of Australian sculptor Edgar Bertam Mackennal who came to England in 1891. There are two obverse designs for George V "small head" and "large head" both feature the king's bare head facing left. The 1921 - P mint sovereign features the "large head" design with the letters B.M in relief at the bottom of the truncation.
Benedetto Pistrucci was the engraver who created the classic reverse St George slaying the dragon, his initials B.P appears to the side of the date.
