The London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), demands strict standards of purity, quality and appearance for bullion bars. An LBMA accreditation is highly valued. The removal off the Good Delivery List of approved refiners can have serious implications for any substandard producer.

Our advice usually follows that for a pure investment purchase you should compare premiums and go for the lowest possible. These are often, but not always, on coins rather than bars.

Cancellations & Returns:
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
