“I like the price and generally the service. What I don't like is that there always seems to be a problem with payment. Debit card transactions not going through or bank transfers not being recognised. Nothing worse than paying on Thursday and Monday morning receiving an email saying your transaction is going to be cancelled if you don't pay.”
