“I placed my first order recently as I usually use the Royal Mint but thought Chards prices were very good. I was nearly put off by some of the poor reviews I had read regarding customer service, not being able to fulfil orders and showing items in stock that were not. I thought I would place a small order and see for myself. I was not disappointed at all. The items I ordered stated up to six weeks to be delivered and I received a telephone call just over three weeks later informing me they were able to be dispatched if it was convenient for me. Royal Mail delivered without fault and I have been happy with the entire transaction from start to completion. I will be using Chards again without any hesitation and I hope they continue with the excellent service.”

“I was delighted to receive my stunning 2020 Australian 1/4oz Gold Kangaroo from Chards yesterday. The obverse portrays the Jody Clark effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination. The reverse features an adult kangaroo on a grassed plain with a joey in the background framed by Australian grass trees. The design also includes the inscription AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO, The Perth Mint's ‘P’ mint mark, the 2020 year-date, weight and fineness.”
