I sold a 1oz Britannia gold coin and 2x10g gold bars to them last week at pre-agreed rates over the phone - I can 100% confirm their rates are market leading and very hard to beat. Persons I spoke to over the phone were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, the process was very straightforward and simple. I received the agreed sale money within 3 days the goods having been inspected. Would do business again!”

“I could not I believe have picked a better company to buy my Gold Sovereign from , sent to me on one day and delivered the next . The Packing was superb , I don’t think I have seen better . I rung the company to say how pleased I was and spoke to a lady called Leslie, I also had a query for her and she could not have been more helpful . “I have been a Chards customer for more years than I care to own up to. If I am buying jewellery, bullion or coins I always go here first. The selling back process is easy too, give them a call, fix the price and the money is in your bank a few days later. They moved to a posh new showroom some years ago. The downside is you don’t get to chuckle at Lawrence’s corny jokes as part of service any more! I don’t recommend many companies but I have nothing but praise for this one. A very satisfied customer over many years.”
