“I placed my first order recently as I usually use the Royal Mint but thought Chards prices were very good. I was nearly put off by some of the poor reviews I had read regarding customer service, not being able to fulfil orders and showing items in stock that were not. I thought I would place a small order and see for myself. I was not disappointed at all. The items I ordered stated up to six weeks to be delivered and I received a telephone call just over three weeks later informing me they were able to be dispatched if it was convenient for me. Royal Mail delivered without fault and I have been happy with the entire transaction from start to completion. I simply placed my order, went through the payment process etc and received a follow up email verifying my recent transaction and estimated delivery time.
