“Very nice website. Lots of different options to choose from, with different ways of sorting them according to preference. The account i created is very informative, the coin i ordered was exactly as shown in the pictures, it arrived quickly and i am very happy. The only thing i would call an issue, i must have tried about 15 times to use my debit card to purchase the coin. The attempts registered in my chard account showed they were declined, but my bank showed no attempts and i couldnt find any information in barclays or on the web to say why they wouldnt pay the money, i even bought something cheap elsewhere and my card worked. I checked chards credentials thoroughly before doing the offered bank transfer, needless to say it all worker out. I wonder if the banks dont want people buying bullion 🤷‍♂️”

“Great service and price as usual. Only issue with this purchase (which is no fault of Chards) is the spotting on the 3 silver krugerrand’s. Think this comes from the mint though. Two times in a row I’ve purchased from Chards and they have sent it by Royal Mail guaranteed delivery by 1pm and Royal Mail haven’t delivered until about 4pm. (Again, no fault of Chards)”
