“I was seeking a special edition "sold out at The Mint" coin, that had been released a year earlier, and I located the coin as being available from Chards. I ordered & made payment immediately on the Saturday, receiving confirmation of order. The following Monday I received Sales receipt. On the Wednesday I received Notification of Despatch on Thursday (with tracking link). Good Friday & Easter Sunday, Bank Holiday Monday, all came & went. I now felt & imagined I was dealing with Gringotts Bank (Harry Potter fiction), such was my impatience & frustration. On Tuesday a special delivery parcel via Royal Mail arrived. The package was well wrapped, and the Special Edition Coin Package therein, was in Excellent & Perfect Condition.
