“Because I have an account and subscribe to your newsletter I got advance notice of the 2022 sovereign release date and an email with a link to the sales page. Without that I no doubt would have missed the opportunity to get one of these very popular coins. I had forgotten that you do not take payment by credit card (unlike The Royal Mint) so did not have sufficient in my current account to cover my original intent to buy 3 sovereigns and a half. Perhaps a reminder of this in your advance notice emails would be helpful for the small time investor like myself. I received an email offering free delivery but this did not arrive until after I had placed my order. Could that have come the day before? But for this I would have given 5 stars. After sales was excellent, messages on my answering machine plus email to give notice of despatch day ensured I was in to take delivery. Update Since I posted this review I have received feedback from Chards who have offered to refund my postage and to include methods of payment in future mailshots. In view of this prompt response and positive action I am happy to upgrade my rating to 5 Stars. Thank you Chard.”
