“As usual a first class service. The website is easy to navigate. I ordered an item which was orderable but with no date for delivery. There were at least two warnings during the ordering/payment process that there was no set delivery date for the orderable item which I accepted. It was less than 4 weeks later when the item was in stock and my whole order was dispatched for next day delivery before 1pm. It was delivered on time. I have ordered from Chards several times and it has always been an easy process backed up with first class service.”
