“My first time dealing with this bullion dealer, I found the registration and verifcation processes long winded especially as I didn't have any recognised photographic evidence of who I was - arduous to say the least - a check on name and address should be sufficient to confirm this - I'm not a Russian oligarch - Also the employees don't communicate with one another - I forwarded a cheque for my purchase, which was acknowledged by e-mail a day later - but then a few hours after this e-mail i had a second mail asking for me to pay the outstanding bill - annoyed to say the least. I was ensured that these problems would be rectified. Lets see!!”
