I only gave 4 stars as despite paying ( by bank transfer) within 1 hour of the confirmation of my order, I received an e-mail 24 hours later threatening to charge me for late payment. I was told at weekends these are sent out automatically. This needs to addressed. Otherwise no fault with the order, which was sent promptly. I was concerned that despite being sent by special delivery it was just posted through my door. No signature requested and not able to check the parcel for damage as recommended by Chard(of course this is not Chards fault).”

“Great prices for the coins, fast delivery. In great condition. My only problem is the shipping cost. Most other dealers do free shipping. Chards is £3.50 for 1-2 coins then £6 for 3-31coins! Ridiculous shipping costs for small purchases of 3 coins especially when you consider how much premium is already on them. The difference in weight from 3-31 is massive, how that can be the same price for shipping I don’t know.”
