They were willing to go the extra mile to answer queries, even asking someone to go into the warehouse/stock room to physically check the item(s) concerned. This is the type of customer centric ethos which is clearly lost in large companies, even those with a physical presence. Items dispatched promptly, and arrived as expected, given that the postal service is STILL having issues. Only 4 stars since they do not take credit card (thus no protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act). On a practical level, this means I can't buy collectibles on the whim. Another plus, someone is clearly on the ball - Bought X coins, and X capsules. Coins were dispatched inside said capsules. How awesome is that? Would definately recommend, despite the (in)convenience of not being able to make impulse purchases.”
