“All good regarding the purchase and related sale with chards BUT chards accounts department was somewhat delayed in settling the balance due to me. The reply from chards was not quite accurate. ,the second part of my order was charged with £6 postage and 50p for a capsule and although the coins I sold were agreed in px for the coins purchased the funds was received in my account 4 days after the coins I sold were received by chards on 12/5/23.. I must say however that chards very kindly waved the postage on my preceding order. All in all it is a good company to deal with as I continue to do business with them. However I still feel it is slightly petty to charge for capsules when I buy bullion or non boxed proofs.”
