“After initial contact, disapointing waiting for call back that never came. Then after a morning call, that caught me inconveniently and word to call me back fifteen minutes later. Later that afternoon when I called to find out what was happening, I was informed that the member of staff had "left for the day." however second assistant next time was very informative understanding my naivety and anxiety, carefully explaining everything, different choices available for different investment reasons, letting me chose which selection I preferred. After conformation call from Chards to authenticate my details of payment following day, order was despatched and received two days later, as expected from a reputable firm.
