“Unfortunately, I had a bad experience in the last purchase of gold from this company. I paid for the amount of the goods and I did not receive them until after forty days. It was lost in the mail and because it comes with an insurance, the company reassured me that they will try to find the goods. I was patient for a month and they did confirm that they will send me what I have paid for. However, I was upset and worried and the company were extremely calm and it seemed to me that they didn’t care much! I did received my goods today, after forty days but I don’t think this is was good customer service is, it took very long time. Overall, I am glad that finally it got sorted and I must admit that I do trust this company, as they were honest about the whole situation. Many thanks to the all employees. H kazaly”
