“Prices seem to be fair, spoke to a nice polite lady and placed an order which arrived within 48 hrs so all went well with my first order but a little disappointed the following day when I emailed Chards and expressed an interest in One particular coin they never got back to me and whilst I was waiting the coin went up & up! Other than that I was pleased with my order. ”

“All delivered on time by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Just one point that we would like to draw attention to is that the delivery service information does not give a completely definitive conclusion that the coins will actually be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. The postage is shown under the heading ‘Next Day Fully insured and Tracked’ with no mention of ‘Special Delivery’ (Royal Mail provide a 24hr tracked that is not their ‘Special Delivery’ option), and then postage insurance is quoted as being ‘fully insured delivery on all special delivery options’. Confusing because we asked ourselves if there are other options, then are we choosing right ? We just went with it in the end on trust still not completely sure that we would receive them by ‘Special Delivery’, which is the only Royal Mail service that will document every individual that handles a ‘Special Delivery’ package minimising any possibility of one going amiss. This is how we felt about the information available so thought we would mention it in case it is an issue for others To summarise, if we had been more assured of the delivery definitely being ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ it was an impeccable delivery of quality coins ”
