I had a slight issue with ordering and sent an email to try get it resolved I didn't expect to get a reply for a couple of days but I got a phone call the next day and my problem was fixed before lunch and my items arrived a couple days after. It's not as if my order was a high value one either it was less than £20 this fills me full of confidence with placing bigger orders and you now have a new customer for life. I genuinely believe that this company has the best customer service in the country and I will be buying from again in the future.”
