Unlike many other companies that only recognize payments by Bank Transfer & Debit/Credit Cards etc. They also asked if I wanted the coin encapsulated. Two things to improve on would be: - the timing of dispatch - it took 4 working days until the earliest dispatch date. - there was no physical receipt inside my parcel - having spent a lot of money on my order I was expecting a physical receipt of some kind to come with it. “On the 16th May 2022 I left a trust pilot review for Chards Bullion, with a low star rating. The review was based on the fact that a new uncirculated gold bullion coin was received, with a ding on the outer coin ring. In hindsight, and after some research, (other coin dealers/mints) I now accept that Chards did follow their procedures for Bullion coins, as set out in their terms and conditions, and I should have spoken to Chards before leaving my initial review. After a few emails and one telephone to Chards, the Chards staff were very helpful in resolving the issue that I had with the bullion coin and I am now very happy with the outcome of the solution that was offered. I will continue to use Chards in the future, and make visits to their website for coins and bars.”
