I've been through the mill with several other gold outlets and I have had some really bad customer service experiences as a result, but Chards were a different class in making me feel valued and there was absolutely no pressure! The account i created is very informative, the coin i ordered was exactly as shown in the pictures, it arrived quickly and i am very happy. The only thing i would call an issue, i must have tried about 15 times to use my debit card to purchase the coin. The attempts registered in my chard account showed they were declined, but my bank showed no attempts and i couldnt find any information in barclays or on the web to say why they wouldnt pay the money, i even bought something cheap elsewhere and my card worked. I checked chards credentials thoroughly before doing the offered bank transfer, needless to say it all worker out. I wonder if the banks dont want people buying bullion 🤷‍♂️”
