“Easy to use site, quick delivery, good product. Excellent price! The only thing I would suggest is to maybe put some kind of cardboard inside the parcel. My items were well wrapped - bound together in protective bubble wrap, which was then put inside a small non-padded mailing bag. The result was that over half of the bag was flat empty, and at the bottom was this large super-heavy padded mass. Anyone handling that is going to be wondering what on earth it is, because almost nothing in the world is that small and heavy. It could attract far too much attention from anyone who handles it - and will stand out to anyone with precious metals experience! That's risky for mailed valuables. If the coins were simply secured to a piece of carboard, and packed into a padded jiffy bag, this would spread the weight. It would be much less unusual. Alternatively they could be mailed in some kind of small box, instead of a mailing bag. This isn't a major issue though, as I believe the parcel was insured anyway - at least until it reaches the customer address. Once someone takes it in, that insurance is void (so far as I’m aware), so if you house share or have visitors, you really need to be in to accept it yourself. But they do make that easy by sending out a tracking number for the parcel, which is a really great feature. Anyway, overall, this purchase was a great experience. Everything went smoothly, I’m very happy with the product, and the price! 5/5 stars. EDIT: Just adding a quick update to my review here. I placed another order a few weeks after posting, and was extremely impressed with the packaging on this one. All of my previous concerns had been addressed. The coins were packed in such a way that the weight was spread throughout, making the parcel actually seem lighter and cheaper than it was! It was truly impossible to guess the contents - even by actively pressing into it trying to feel for the coins. The contents well still very well padded and now extremely discreet too. I've give an extra star for this, but 5/5 is the maximum. Very well done, and many thanks!”
