They have the best basic on-line prices by a few percentage points but charge for delivery which, on small purchases, may offset against those offering free delivery. For larger purchases they are the best price. Easy to purchase, pleasant to deal with BUT they are poor at informing you about what is happening with delivery, their systems are not obvious and involved telephone chasing. They are not alone in this. Sadly, I have found that online gold merchants generally operate for their convenience not yours. Having found out what to expect, I will deal with them again.”
