“Really great company with thee best silver prices I can find in the U.K. They always seem to have crazy low prices. I’ve been able to buy US silver eagles for under £29! Really easy to use website. Quite often I get given silver coins in plastic containers with no extra charge. The postage is fair enough. So far I’ve used Chards for a good few months n I’ve never had any problems. They are the first place I look for deals especially with silver. Oh wow as of today I was able to get some silver eagles for as little as £26!!!! Thank you Chards”

“After initial contact, disapointing waiting for call back that never came. Then after a morning call, that caught me inconveniently and word to call me back fifteen minutes later. Later that afternoon when I called to find out what was happening, I was informed that the member of staff had "left for the day." however second assistant next time was very informative understanding my naivety and anxiety, carefully explaining everything, different choices available for different investment reasons, letting me chose which selection I preferred.
