Silver Queen's Beats Coins

The Royal Mint introduced a series of Queen's Beasts coins in 2016. The Queen's Beasts are based on the ten sculptures that were created for the Queen's Coronation in 1953 by sculptor, James Woodford RA. Positioned to guard the entrance of Westminster Abbey, the statues featured heraldic elements combined with mythical creatures that represent the Queen's ancestry.

Obverse

The obverse design shows the fifth coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, by Jody Clark.

Reverse

The reverse features the Red Dragon. It was also designed by Jody Clark.

Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however. You may be able to sell your investment products back to Chards at the current buy back rate.
