This is the revised edition of The Gold Sovereign by Michael A. Marsh.
The book merges Marsh's two popular books; The Gold Sovereign and The Gold Half Sovereign. The sections have been updated and revised by Steve Hill to include details about modern coins.
This 208 hardback book was published by Token Publishing and comes with a price guide booklet.
The book was first published in 1980 and extensively catalogues the different mint-marks, mintage figures and variations of sovereigns. The book uses a scarcity index so you can see how rare the coins are.
This revised edition of the book includes sovereigns, half sovereigns and for the first time, quarter sovereigns.
