When call back received (on a Friday) I was given a price and so I sent Gold Sovereigns for next day delivery. They were delivered on the Monday.
I got a call the following day (Tuesday) with an 'offer' price less than that quoted. I was told the gold price had fallen since Friday.
The small print does say only an indicative price is given, but on neither my initial call, or the call back, did the operator point that out.
I would use Chards again but make sure I get a fixed price. ”
