Throughout the wait Chard's kept me fully informed, asked for a preferred posting date one week in advance, and confirmed that the package had been posted. It did arrive 2 days later, but I had been called away, so signed for it two days after that. As always the package was very secure, and I had no qualms about accepting it. All in all an excellent service, which l have come to expect from this company.”
