Customer Support Administrator

Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday alternating each week between a 7am start and an 8:30am start, and the first Saturday of each month

Salary: Meets "Real" Living Wage 

Holidays:  28 days (inc. Bank Holidays)

Reports to: Customer Care Manager

As a Customer Support Administrator you will:

  • Process customer transactions 
  • Answer customer enquiries via email 
  • Outbound calls to customers
  • Data Entry 
  • General administrative duties 
  • Stocktaking  
  • Generate sales 
  • Serve customers in the showroom 
  • Communicate with customers face to face, over the phone and via live chat and emails  
  • Providing customers with quotations 
  • Check prices and stock availability 

Ideal Candidate:

  • A confident and friendly telephone manner, with previous experience in telephone-based customer service 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to interact with a range of people 
  • A professional manner and a strong customer service ethic 
  • Honesty, trustworthiness and conscientious with an analytical mind 
  • Passion, dedication and drive as a team player - a "Can-do" attitude is essential 
  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable learning new software under supervision 
  • Good organisation skills and great attention to detail 
  • A mega-multi tasker 
  • Minimum of C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent (or able to take a test to show competence).

Warehouse & Despatch Operative

Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday alternating each week between a 7am start and an 8:30am start, and the first Saturday of each month

Salary: Meets "Real" Living Wage 

Holidays:  28 days (inc. Bank Holidays)

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse & Despatch Operative you will:

Your duties include:

  • Picking and packing Orders (heavy and light parcels) 
  • Daily stock take and processing incoming deliveries 
  • Ensure you follow company quality procedure and legal requirements for domestic and international delivery 
  • Any other warehousing general duties as required 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passion, dedication and drive as a team player - a "Can-do" attitude is essential 
  • Honest, trustworthy and conscientious
  • Good organisation skills
  • Comfortable learning new software under supervision 
  • Adapt to to other general duties in the warehouse
