Warehouse & Packer Operative

Type: Full Time 40 hours per week. 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm Weekdays and the first Saturday of each month. - 6 month contract with the option to become permanent

Salary: Starting £8.95 per hour

Holidays:  28 days (inc. Bank Holidays)

Reports to: Warehouse & Despatch Manager

Summary

You will pack orders (heavy and light parcels) and assist with warehouse duties such as stock take and processing incoming stock. You will need confidence in basic calculations to work out metal weights for items. For this reason, you must be able to show good maths skills by a test at interview or have at least a grade C GCSE (or equivalent).

Customer Care Manager

Type: Full Time 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5pm weekdays and the occasional Saturday.

Salary: Starting £23,000 per year

Holidays:  28 days (inc. Bank Holidays)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Summary

As a Customer Care Manager you will be lead and motivate our customer care team. You will ensure that Chards deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring business policies and legal requirements are adhered to.

Your responsibilities include:

* Management & development of customer care team
* Develop, implement and review KPI's
* Provide and interpret data and information to continually improve performance
* Work with other managers in the department to manage the daily operations
* Resolve escalated queries

Ideal Candidate

* Minimum of 2 years management experience
* Minimum of A-C GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent or pass a Maths & English test at interview
* Proactive approach to work, offering the highest level of customer service face to face, over the phone, email and other communication channels.
* Confident at problem solving
* Good computer skills and comfortable learning new software
* Be able to work under pressure
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Honest, trustworthy and conscientious
* Good organisation skills

Cleaner

Type: Working 4-10+ hours per week between 7am-5pm and the 1st Saturday of each month.

Salary: £8.91 per hour

Holidays:  28 days (inc. Bank Holidays)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Summary

You will be a vital part of the operations team, delivering great standards. There is an option to support us in other areas of the business if you require additional hours. This can include, coin sorting, stock taking, and updating our window displays.

Note - Our previous cleaner is now a fully trained web developer.

Your duties include:

* General cleaning of building - 3 levels
* Tidying and organising
