Most bullion coins are issued purely for the precious metal content; gold, silver, platinum and palladium. To be able to offer such a low premium over the intrinsic value, mints tend to issue coins without any protective packaging, unlike proof and collectable coins.

If you are purchasing a bullion coin, the likelihood is that it will not be issued in a coin capsule. We indicate on each product if you can add a capsule in your basket. Furthermore, if you buy a gift box this will automatically come with a capsule included. If you can't find a proctive capsule for your coin, contact us on 01253 343081 and we will be happy to help.

All of the coins listed below allow you to add the capsules and boxes at checkout (when we have them in stock). They are also available with gift wrapping which you can select at checkout. You can also buy empty capsules for coins you already own. To buy just the capsule, select the link in the capsule size column of the table below. The same goes for gift boxes. If you are making a gift of a coin you have treasured for years, perhaps passing it down to a loved one, you will want to present it with care. Our premium gift boxes are perfect for this. Presentation Storage Boxes
If you are giving a bullion or uncirculated coin as a present, we have storage presentation boxes. These black leatherette boxes are perfect to house a sovereign or half sovereign. We also offer velvet money pouches for sale.
Other Storage
At the moment, we are limited to capsules, presentation boxes and velvet pouches to offer our customers. However, we will be looking to stock more storage products as well offering storage for bullion items in our vaults. If there is anything that you may find of interest, please let us know.
