Customer-Focused Administrator
Guide £12k - £16k
This is an interesting and challenging position. Duties include opening mail, processing incoming orders, picking, packing and despatching outgoing orders, checking prices and availability, dealing with customers via telephone, e-mail, and post. Care and attention is important, as we deal with high value goods.
Intelligence, initiative and common sense are needed. A considerable amount of specialised knowledge will need to be acquired about many of our specialised products. We work as a small friendly team.
We have high expectations from candidates, and hope the successful applicant will remain with us for many years.

Good English, numeracy and computer skills will be essential. Any other languages would be useful, as we have customers worldwide.
Although this is essentially a full-time position, we would also consider a similar part-time position.

Commercial Numismatist
Guide £13k - £20k+
A history degree would be useful for this, but the position would also entail some commercial ability, dealing with values and people.
We would consider a full-time or part-time position, and this may possibly suit a retired person, although computer skills would be desirable.

Trainee Commercial Numismatic Assistant

Photography, Graphics, Web Production
Guide £12k - £17k
Currently most our our photography, image processing, and web page production work is done by the founder. We would consider applications from suitably qualified or experienced people to assist or replace the founder in this aspect of the job. As part of a small team, a successful applicant would also be expected to acquire a degree of specialised product knowledge, and assist in all other areas at relevant times.

I.T., Database, Systems
Guide £13k - £20k+
We need to redesign all our systems, to fully integrate sales, purchasing, stock, accounts, web based sales and marketing.

Notes

Our dress code is reasonably smart, with skirt or dress for females, collar and tie for males.

Rates of Pay
We expect to pay reasonable and competitive rates depending on qualifications, experience and ability.
