This buyer made no attempt to pay. We beleive her actions were malicious, dishonest and libellous. Her comments about our pictures relates to the fact that we re-use all our images for repeated sales of identical items, and our comments in our listings:-

eBay's Image Policy
We have been told by eBay UK Power Seller Support that our images may contravene eBay's listings policies because they do not show the actual product we are selling. In most of our listings we state "We have shown an image of (item). The (item) supplied will not be the same one shown in our photograph, but will be similar. (We believe this is a fair and accurate part of our item description which helps the buyer to understand what we are offering) We find it hard to believe that the advice eBay have given on this is correct. If it is, then a large proportion of all eBay listings contravene their listings policy. Naturally we are attempting to clarify this with eBay, but it is difficult to obtain a written response from them.
