Comment unfair, our P&P terms are clearly shown, you should read them first!

We feel so strongly about this that we e-mailed the following to him:-

We note that you have left negative feedback.
We consider your complaint unfair for at least three reasons.

We believe our postal packing and handling charges are reasonable, and they are also consistent with our general mail order charges on all our websites.
• The labour cost alone is probably about £2. As we are VAT registered, they have to included VAT (= 0.30).
  We clearly show our postage and packing charges on every item, and also on our detailed information pages.
• It is obviously sensible to read each sellers terms before bidding. You can always take into account their ancillary charges when deciding your maximum bid. If not, it is unreasonable to complain afterwards for what is in effect your own fault. Ebay state that you should "use caution and good judgment when leaving feedback", and resolve any problem with the other party before leaving negative feedback, you do not appear to have considered this.
• We also note that you ask £1.50 postage on your items, does this not make your charges unreasonable, bearing in mind your charge is only 20 pence less than ours (ex VAT)?
